🔍 What is it?
The Analytics module provides overview reports on employee data. It allows you to track HR metrics, export data, and compare values over time.
🧭 What you will find in the module
Employee table overview — one row = one employee, columns are generated dynamically according to the active filter
Column picker — optional advanced columns beyond the basic ones (taking into account user permissions)
Display by time period — compare data month by month in one table
Export — download data to XLSX or CSV
🔒 Permissions
Column visibility in Analytics depends on the user's role. Columns with personal data or payroll data are only visible to users with the appropriate permissions. Administrators set permissions in Settings → Users and Roles .
💡 Tip
You can use analytics, for example, for regular reports for management, an overview of vacation or attendance data for a selected period, or for exporting documents for payroll processing.
