🔍 What is it?

Basic Settings are used to edit the main company data and configure the application behavior at a global level. They also contain information important for issuing documents or navigating the system.

🧭 What can be set

  • Company name — displayed in the application and on documents

  • Company logo — uploaded in PNG or JPG format, ideally with a transparent background

  • Interface language — Settings the default language for the user (Czech, Slovak, English)

  • Company and billing information — name, company ID, VAT number, address, contact email (used in the Subscription module)

💡 Tips

  • The logo should be in high resolution so that it looks good in exported PDFs.

  • Check the company details to ensure they match the details on the issued documents
