🔍 What is it?
This section of the Settings allows you to define the company structure in terms of location and job positions.
🧭 What can be set
📍 Branches
Branch name (e.g. Prague, Brno, Ostrava)
Each branch can have its own ID number
When creating documents, you can ensure that company information is sent to the document according to the branch set for the employee.
👔 Position
Job title (e.g. HR specialist, Developer, Office manager)
Positions are displayed on the employee card and in exports
Can be filtered by position in recruitment, attendance, evaluation and reports
By Settings a position template, information can be pre-filled automatically
💡 Tips
It is recommended to have position titles unified across the company
When adding a new branch, don't forget to edit the employee assignments
