🔍 What is it?

This section of the Settings allows you to define the company structure in terms of location and job positions.

🧭 What can be set

📍 Branches

  • Branch name (e.g. Prague, Brno, Ostrava)

  • Each branch can have its own ID number

  • When creating documents, you can ensure that company information is sent to the document according to the branch set for the employee.

👔 Position

  • Job title (e.g. HR specialist, Developer, Office manager)

  • Positions are displayed on the employee card and in exports

  • Can be filtered by position in recruitment, attendance, evaluation and reports

  • By Settings a position template, information can be pre-filled automatically

💡 Tips

  • It is recommended to have position titles unified across the company

  • When adding a new branch, don't forget to edit the employee assignments
