A Company Structure provides a clear visual overview of the relationships between teams and individual employees in a company. It makes it easy to understand who belongs where, who reports to whom, and which teams report to which department.
🔍 What is it for?
The company structure Display helps employees and managers navigate the organizational structure. With two different views – team structure and employee structure – you can clearly see the entire company hierarchy.
🧩 Two views of the structure
The Company Structure is divided into two separate views:
1. Team structure
It shows an overview of all teams and their hierarchy within the organization. For each team, you can see the name, parent team, assigned team leader, and team members. You can create new teams directly from the structure tree using the "+" button.
2. Employee structure
It displays individual employees in a hierarchical tree according to their position and team assignment. Clicking on a name will take you directly to the Employee Detail . If you click into the structure from the employee detail, the person will be highlighted in the tree.
⚙️ Structure Display Settings
In the Settings → Display section, you can influence how the structure is displayed in employee details: show/hide the structure tree on the employee card, show/hide the team column in the employee list, enable/restrict visibility of other employees.
👁️ How employees see the structure
Employees can see the structure, including team breakdown and other employees' positions. However, they cannot access colleagues' details unless they have been granted permissions to do so.
