In the Speybl app, you can easily add new employees, manage their profiles, set permissions, and organize them into teams. In addition to regular employees, you can also register external workers and potential candidates.
➕ Adding an employee
To create a new employee, go to the Employees section and click the "+" button. Fill in the required information - first name, last name, and email address.
After entering your details: select one of the preset roles (Settings → Users and Roles), decide whether you want to create active access (an invitation will come by email), and you can immediately request an update of your details using the Forms.
🔐 Roles and permissions
Each employee is assigned a role that defines their permissions in the application. An overview of available roles can be found in the Settings → Users and Roles section.
🛠️ Manage existing employees
You will see all added employees in an overview. In their details, you can manage personal and work data, attendance, Shifts and Benefits, access and permissions, files and documents, and change history.
🏢 Company structure
In the Employees → Structure section, you can clearly see the assignment of employees within teams and departments. Organizational units, employees and their positions are displayed here.
👥 Teams and departments
Teams can be managed in the Employees → Teams section. Here you create a new team using the "+" button, set a parent team, and assign employees. Teams affect authorization management, attendance reporting, and evaluation.
📁 Potential employees and externs
In addition to regular employees, you can register external workers (self-employed, collaborators) and potential employees (job applicants) in the application. More information can be found in the documentation section "Employee types, termination of employment and archiving".
