Create and manage individual Development Plans for your employees. Track their progress, evaluate completed tasks, and keep track of all development directly in the app.

🆕 Creation and management of development plans

To add a new development plan, go to the "Development" tab. If no plan exists yet, the "Overview" section will be empty. This will later display all active plans that employees are assigned to - including their current status.

📄 Creating the first plan

You can create a development plan in the "Templates" section of the Development tab:

  1. Click the "+" button

  2. Enter a name, short description and any costs

  3. Save the template

✏️ Editing and assignments

In the template list, click the eye icon. Here you can: edit basic data using the pencil icon, add subtasks using the "+" button, delete tasks, and assign the plan to an employee.

After assigning employees, you will see an overview on the template's home page of how many employees are actively assigned to the plan.

📊 Progress tracking

In the "Overview" tab, you can see which Development Plans each employee is assigned to and what progress they have already made. The progress indicator is updated automatically based on the number of completed tasks.

✅ Completed plans

An overview of all completed development plans can be found in the details of a specific employee in the "Evaluation and Development" section. Here you can add a new plan, edit existing ones, or check the status of completed plans.

📌 Quick access from the bulletin board

You can also see active Development Plans on the dashboard in the quick cards area. Thanks to the numerical notification in the "Development" column, you always have an overview of the current plans.
