🔍 What is it?

This section of the Settings allows you to adjust how information and Forms are displayed in individual modules of the Speybl application. It allows you to adapt the system to the needs of a specific organization - for example, by adding custom fields or input questionnaires when an employee starts work.

🧩 Custom fields

  • Ability to add custom fields to selected modules (Employees, Recruitment, Assets)

  • Supported field types: text, number, date, selection from predefined values, checkbox, etc.

  • Each field can be named and set as required/optional

📝 Introductory questionnaires

  • Possibility to Settings entry questionnaires that you send to employees before they join the company

  • Data from questionnaires is automatically reflected in the application and awaits approval .

  • Multiple questionnaire types can be set up, each with different displayed fields

  • A description can be added to the questionnaire to help the user fill it out.

🧭 Interface customization

  • Customize columns and data order in tables according to user preferences

  • Enabling/disabling selected sections in module details (e.g. hiding parts of data that are not used)

💡 Tips

  • We recommend using custom fields, for example, to track internal company information (Internal position code, Whether he has access to the warehouse)

  • Entrance questionnaires are ideal for onboarding, health screening, or before starting a specific position

  • Individual interface modifications will only be reflected in authorized roles - regular users will only see what they need
