Electronic Signing in Speybl is fast, secure and clear. You can generate documents from ready-made templates and then send them to selected employees for signature.

🔍 What is it for?

The e-signature feature is used to efficiently collect signatures on internal documents without the need to print or scan files. The entire process is done online – from template creation to approval of the signed document.

🧾 How signing works

  1. You create a document template into which you insert the signature keys

  2. You generate a document

  3. The employee receives a notification and signs the document directly in Speybl

  4. After signing, the document is marked as signed and the competent person receives a notification

🖋️ Electronic signature Settings

In order for a user to sign documents, they must have a signature set up in their profile. Options: upload a signature image, create a signature manually using a mouse or touchpad, or sign via DigiSign or Signi services.

Employees set their signature in the My Settings section (avatar in the upper right corner of the application).

👤 Signatures of executives

Supervisors, HR managers, and other competent persons can set up their own signature in the Settings → Documents section. This is then used when signing documents on behalf of the company.

📌 Where to sign the document

An employee can sign a document in two ways:

  1. From the Notifications on the bulletin board – clicking it will redirect you to the document detail

  2. From the document overview in your profile – unsigned documents are marked with a red signature icon

After successful signing, the document is marked as signed and the responsible person receives a notification.
