🔍 What is it?

The Development module is used to plan and track employees' professional growth. It allows you to define Development Plans, assign specific tasks, monitor their fulfillment, and evaluate progress - both individually and as a team.

🧭 How development works

  • A development plan is a list of tasks that an employee completes to improve their skills or prepare for a new role.

  • Each plan is either created from a predefined template or compiled individually for a specific employee

📋 Content of the development plan

  • Plan name (e.g. "Preparation for the position of team leader")

  • To-do list — Training or courses, practical tasks or projects, certifications, soft skills

  • Each task can have a due date, an assigned responsible person, and the option to mark it as "completed"

📊 Fulfillment tracking

  • The development plan is displayed as a progress bar (fulfillment in %)

  • You can track who completed the task and when, who is behind schedule, and the overall progress over time.

🧾 Development plan management

  • Plans can be created, edited, copied and assigned to other employees

  • On the employee card, you can track active plans, history of completed plans, progress, and comments

  • The changes only apply to a specific employee – the template remains unchanged.
