The Evaluation module allows you to track employee performance, satisfaction, and professional growth. It supports regular and ad hoc evaluations, including 360Β° feedback, evaluation requests, quick surveys, or NPS measurements.

β Regular evaluation
Evaluation according to a pre-created template (quarterly, annual)
Contains a set of metrics (performance, autonomy, teamwork)
You can set weights, response types (scale, number, text, yes/no) and comments
π 360Β° review
The employee is evaluated by multiple colleagues (supervisor, colleagues, subordinates)
Results are aggregated and displayed in a summary output

π How to evaluate employees
When creating an assessment, the assessment type and template are first selected
The template is assigned to a specific employee or group
The evaluator fills in individual metrics and adds a comment
After sending, the result is saved and the employee can view it.
Rating history is available for an overview of development over time
Selecting a template and assessment type
When creating a new review, the "Select a review template" section appears:
General assessment β suitable for regular assessments
360Β° evaluation β employees are evaluated by multiple people, the results are aggregated
Self-assessment β completed directly by the employee themselves
Evaluation by supervisor β classic evaluation from a direct supervisor
NPS / quick assessment β one or a few NPS-style questions
Ways to request a review
Direct assignment β assign the rating to a specific employee or group
Self-assessment β requested directly from the employee
360Β° evaluation β the system requests evaluation from multiple people around the employee
Through supervisors β managers determine who specifically evaluates employees
