🎯 Introduction to the Speybl app

The Speybl application is a modern HR platform that helps companies digitize their personnel processes. It allows you to easily register employees, manage their attendance, generate documents, perform evaluations, and much more.

🧩 Account creation and login

Speybl works as a web application. You gain access based on an invitation that you receive by email. After clicking on the link, you set a password and log in to your account.

The application also supports login via Microsoft, Google or Apple account, if this option is enabled in your company.

👥 Adding the first employees

You can add employees to the application in two ways: manually via the "+" button in the Employees section, or by bulk import — download the sample file, fill it out, and upload it back. You can set up access to the application for each employee and send them an invitation directly by email.

🧠 Settings basic company information

In the Settings section, we recommend checking and editing: basic company information, Branches and Positions, user roles and permissions, Notifications, documents and templates, attendance guidelines and rules.

🏗️ Creating a corporate structure and teams

In the Structure section, you can create a hierarchy of teams and assign them leaders. Teams are used for Attendance Approval, grading, or setting document visibility.

📄 Settings and working with documents

Go to the Documents section, where you can create a document template with wildcards, generate a document for an employee, and request an electronic signature.

⏱️ Turning on the attendance system

In the Settings, activate attendance and set the rules: tracking options, arrival and departure types, Attendance Approval and Shifts approval. You can use Kiosk Mode to log in employees using a personal code directly at the entrance.

📝 Use of forms and data collection

In the Forms section, you can create your own Forms to obtain feedback, anonymous responses, or other important information.

🪄 Basic automation and Checklists

Use Checklists to create repeatable task lists for specific events (onboarding, position change, exit process). You can automatically assign Checklists to employees based on the event.

🚀 Onboarding and the first steps of an employee

For new employees, we recommend preparing an onboarding plan with pre-prepared task templates and tracking progress in the Onboarding section.
