The Speybl app helps you manage your work data, documents, attendance and feedback in one place. As a regular user, you will only see the features that apply to you after logging in - without any unnecessary extras.

🏠 What you will see after logging in

After logging into the application, you will be greeted by a dashboard with tasks (onboarding, Forms to fill out), requests to update data, documents to sign, and notifications about missing attendance.

👤 My profile and personal information

In the My Profile section, you can view and edit your basic information, upload or change your profile photo, access your files and payslips, and make other edits. You can edit your information yourself or through a request from your manager.

⏱️ Attendance

If your company uses an attendance system, you can record arrivals, breaks, and departures, view your attendance graph, download an attendance statement, and see the approval status for a given period. You can manage your attendance in the app, mobile version, or via the Kiosk at the entrance.

📝 Documents and signatures

In your profile, you will find the Files section, where you can see all your documents, sign documents electronically, and upload your own files (if allowed). If you do not have a signature set up, the application will prompt you to create one.

📋 Forms and feedback

You will receive a notification when a form (feedback, survey, or anonymous questionnaire) is assigned to you. Filling it out is easy, and some Forms can be completed anonymously.

🚀 Onboarding, development and evaluation

If you are a newbie or part of a development plan, the app will show you the onboarding tasks for the first days, the development goals you have received, and the assessments that apply to you. You will learn about each new activity on the bulletin board or by email.

🔒 Security and access

You only have access to the data that concerns you — you don't have access to other employees or their data. You can change your password and customize some Basic Settings in your account.
