As a team leader at Speybl, you are responsible for leading team members, approving requests, managing attendance, participating in assessments or onboarding. This role will give you access to key functions for the daily work with your team.
🧭 What you will see after logging in
After logging into the Speybl app, you will see an overview board with notifications for new tasks, approval requests, onboardings and offboardings, and other important alerts.
👤 Access to team members
In the Employees tab, you will see your team members. You can view their details, check attendance, run onboardings or assessments, generate and sign documents. You only have access to team members assigned to you by your administrator or HR department.
⏱️ Attendance and its approval
Attendance Approval is key in your role: you will see employee Attendance Sheets in the overview, you can open them, edit them, and approve or reject them. Any missing records will be automatically marked by the system.
📋 Checklists and tasks
As part of onboarding or other company processes, you can be assigned to complete checklists — you check off individual steps directly in the application. The system will notify you of tasks with an approaching deadline.
🧾 Documents and Electronic Signing
On each team member's detail page, you will find a Files section where you can view documents, sign them electronically, upload new files, or create new documents from templates.
📝 Employee Evaluations
If you are involved in the evaluation process, you will see an overview of active team member evaluations, metrics to fill in, and the option to add a comment or recommendation.
📨 Forms and feedback
If you are assigned any of the company forms (feedback to a colleague, project evaluation), you will receive a notification and can fill out the form anonymously or with your name.
