A few weeks ago, we promised something that would change the way HR works. It's here — Speybl AI , a smart assistant right inside Speybl.
Ask questions in natural language, navigate the system faster, and get help with common HR tasks — from attendance inquiries to searching your documents.
We are launching Speybl AI in beta mode . The administrator will activate it in the Settings and we will gradually make additional capabilities available.

Easier start for new clients — a step-by-step wizard guides you through the initial setup
Custom look — set the colors, logo, and app background to match your company
Presence indicator — see at a glance who is currently at work
Advanced reporting — select any fields and save the report for reuse
Cyclic Shifts — the scheduler can also handle rotational operations (e.g. 2 days on / 2 days off)

Avatars — your own photo or automatically generated from initials
Benefits — new column in export for payments from net salary
Attendance — finer Settings for approval and visibility of timesheets
OneDrive — Enterprise Connect support for MFA-enforced environments
