π What's new
This version brings enhancements in the areas of attendance, document management and reporting. We have added the ability to enter bonuses directly when approving the timesheet, a new way to configure the dual Display of attendance and shifts, and default folders for generated documents. Reporting gets a new table pattern with dynamic columns. Export for accountants is extended with aggregated totals of benefits and bonuses.
π New features
Inline bonus entry when approving timesheets
Right in the timesheet approval modal, you will now find a section for entering bonuses. You select the bonus type, enter the amount, and add additional lines if necessary. Bonuses are saved along with the approval β if you do not fill in the section, approval will be done by default.
Default folder for Document Generation from a template
In the document template detail, you can now set the default folder where generated documents are automatically saved. When changing the folder, you can also move all existing documents generated from the template in bulk.
Configurable dual Display Attendance / Shifts
In the Attendance Settings, you can now set the row order for the Attendance view and the Shift Planning view separately. Each view has its own configuration β for example, in Attendance, show the attendance row at the top, and in Shift Planning, show the Shifts at the top.
Latest KM status column in the asset overview
A new column with the last recorded mileage and date of recording has been added to the asset table. The same column is also available in the asset export.
Export for accountants β totals of benefits and bonuses
The export of documents for accountants now includes two aggregated columns: the sum of benefits (employee and employer costs) and the sum of benefits and bonuses for the given period.
Reporting β configurable table overview
The reporting module gets a new table overview: one row corresponds to one employee, columns are generated dynamically according to the active filter. You can enable optional extended columns (depending on your permissions) using the table Settings . There is also a Display by time period and export to XLSX and CSV.
β‘ Improvements
Export Target β employment contracts and employment agreements
Two new items have been added to the attendance export section for the Target payroll system. Save a named filter preset and simply reuse it the next time you export.
Clearer Notification Settings for Report for Accountants
The widget for Settings email notifications has been renamed to make it clear at a glance what it is used for. At the same time, the functionality of sending notifications has been verified and fixed.
Attendance sheet β clearer action buttons
The buttons on the timesheet detail have been visually unified. A new status bar clearly displays the current approval and lock status.
Settings the visibility of external workers in attendance
In the Attendance Settings, the option to specify whether external workers are displayed in attendance charts and sheets has been added. The default status corresponds to the current Settings of your account.
Improvements to employee inclusion and exclusion filters
Filter Settings have been redesigned β clearly divided into Include and Exclude columns with a toggle to activate individual filters. The form is more compact and easier to read.
Sorting absence export according to Czech alphabet
The aggregated export of absences is now sorted by the Czech alphabet including diacritics (AβΕ½).
Faster loading of appointment tracking
Loading the Deadline Tracking overview has been optimized β especially noticeable in larger organizations.
Registration corrections
Fixed minor errors during registration: typo in the module name and incorrect Display of the new version modal immediately after registration.
π§ Fixes and stability
The version also includes ongoing fixes for reported bugs and improvements to the application's stability.
