Integrations with OneDrive for document management. Documents can be saved or synchronized directly to your corporate OneDrive account.

Speybl offers two connection modes — you choose them when Settings the Integrations.

👤 Personal account (OAuth)

Connection via login of a specific user account.

The account linked this way must not have MFA (multi-factor authentication) enabled. Syncing occurs asynchronously in the background without user interaction — if MFA is enabled on the account, authentication will fail and the upload will not be completed.
Recommendation: use a dedicated service account without MFA with minimal permissions (Files.ReadWrite for the given user).

🏢 Corporate applications (App Registration)

The second connection mode is designed for businesses with enforced multi-factor authentication on all accounts.

  • The connection runs through a corporate application registered in Azure — you enter the Tenant ID , Client ID , and Client Secret

  • Does not require a specific user to log in and works even with forced MFA

  • We will provide the application registration procedure in the Azure Portal upon request.

We recommend this mode wherever it is not possible to create an account without MFA.
