In this section of the Settings , you can adjust how and to whom notifications are sent in the Speybl app. Notifications help users respond in a timely manner to important tasks, deadlines, or changes in the system.

✉️ Notification types
Email Notifications to private or corporate email
Push Notifications (for mobile application – if active)
Notifications to MS Teams or Slack
Possibility of combining multiple types for one event
📌 Events that can be notified
The application can send Notifications for dozens of different events, from requests for attendance approval to Onboarding Questionnaire and more.
💡 Tips
It is recommended to check that employees have current email addresses
Push Notifications are suitable for everyday operations, email for important calls
Don't overwhelm users – Settings should reflect their role and needs
Regularly review notification rules when company processes change
