In the Speybl application, you can easily create and manage Onboarding (entry) and Offboarding (exit), Reboarding, etc. plans. You can use templates, assign specific tasks to employees, monitor their progress, and always have an overview of the status of individual plans.
📝 Create a new template
To create a plan, go to the Checklists tab. In the Templates section, click the "+" button, enter a name for the plan, and add a brief description. The new plan will be saved to the list and you can edit it further.
▶️ Checklist activation
In the Checklists menu, after clicking on the Overview item, simply press the "+" button in the top right. You select the templates for which employee and to which date you want to apply them.
⚙️ Template Settings
After clicking the eye icon for a specific template, you can: edit basic plan data, add tasks using the "+" button, assign employees to the plan, and track the number of assigned people.
Tasks can be edited or deleted as needed. Plans can be assigned to one or more employees at once.
📊 Progress tracking
The default Overview section shows all current plans and their assignments. For each employee, the plan name and a progress bar based on completed tasks are displayed.
On a specific employee's detail, you can find all completed onboardings and offboardings in the Overview section, including completed ones. From here, you can also add a new plan or edit a current one.
🧠 Tip
Plans assigned to employees are displayed on your dashboard in the Onboardings section. You can set a default task solver and a default deadline in the template — just activate the checklist and everything will be pre-filled.
