With one click, request an employee or external contractor to complete or verify their profile information. The feature is ideal for quickly updating information without unnecessary administration – everything is done fully online, with automatic approval and secure data transfer.
🔍 What is it for?
This function is used to supplement or verify data for active users in the Speybl system - typically, for example, place of birth, emergency contact, account number or other personal information. The employee fills in the data directly in the application. After approval , everything is transferred to his card.
🚀 How to submit a request
Open the Employee Detail
Click on the three dots icon in the top right corner
Select "Request data update"
Choose which sections the user should complete and who will approve the changes
After confirmation, the system will send a notification with a request to fill it out.
🔔 Where the request will appear
The employee is notified of the request by email (with a direct link to the application) and in the application (the prompt appears on the bulletin board and in the task list).
🛠️ What happens after filling?
After sending the data, the system automatically creates an approval request for the relevant person (HR or supervisor). The approver can approve the changes (the data is immediately written to the profile) or reject them (the user is informed). The whole process is fast, clear and transparent.
