Speybl AI is a smart assistant built directly into the application. It allows you to ask questions in natural language, navigate the system faster, and get help with common HR tasks. We are launching it in beta mode .

🧭 Two forms of Speybl AI

  • AI Lite β€” small AI functions built directly into modules (form question design, Training test generation, HTML template creation, evaluation metric design). They are available automatically, without activation.

  • AI Chat β€” a conversational assistant that you can invoke anywhere in the app. Requires beta mode activation by an administrator (see below).

πŸ€– Assistants in AI Chat

Three assistants are available in the beta version:

  • General Assistant β€” will advise you on where to find and set up things in the system, and will answer general HR questions. He will also guide the administrator through the initial setup.

  • Knowledge Assistant β€” searches your documentation and uploaded internal documents (PDF, Word, PowerPoint) and answers questions about employees, teams, and structure.

  • Attendance assistant β€” answers questions about attendance (remaining vacation, approved absences, hours worked), points out discrepancies, and, after confirmation, helps approve records.

Additional assistants will be added gradually during the beta program.

πŸ” What Speybl AI sees

Assistants always respect the permissions of the logged-in user β€” they only return data to which the user has the right. An employee sees their data, a manager sees their team, and HR sees their permissions.

πŸš€ How to activate Speybl AI

  1. Log in as administrator

  2. Open AI Chat β€” the first time you open it, you will see the beta program window

  3. Click "Activate beta access"

  4. AI Chat is immediately available to all users according to their permissions

If AI Chat is opened by a user without administrator rights, they will see information about which administrator to ask for activation.

πŸ“₯ AI when importing employees

When importing employees from Excel or CSV, Speybl AI can recognize the content of the columns and suggest their mapping to fields in Speybl. You can edit the suggestion before importing. For details, see the Import article.
