🔍 What is it?

This section of the Settings is used to manage user access to the Speybl application and define their permissions. It allows you to add new users, assign roles, and set which parts of the system each user can see and edit.

🧭 What can be set

👥 Users

  • Overview of all active and inactive users

  • Add a new user (name, email, role, employee assignment)

  • Possibility to generate an invitation to the system

  • Overview of last login and user activity

  • Option to deactivate or remove access

🛡️ Roles and permissions

  • Selection from preset roles (Administrator, HR Manager, Team Leader, Employee)

  • Creating custom roles as needed

  • Each role can be assigned permissions to individual modules and actions (read, write, delete)

  • Settings the visibility of sensitive data (wages, evaluations, attendance of others)

🔗 Difference between user and employee

  • Both the employee and the user have access to the application.

  • A user only has a name, email, and password, while an employee has a complete profile

  • An accountant or other collaborating person may have access to the application as a user.
