🔍 What is it?

The attendance sheet serves as a monthly overview of all employee attendance records. It contains summary data on hours worked, absences and other statistics. The attendance sheet is intended for checking, approval and possibly locking attendance for the entire calendar month.

  • Each timesheet corresponds to one month.

  • For each employee, you can see the number of hours worked, vacation and sick days, expected working hours, and the difference between planned and actual attendance.

📋 Clear statistics

  • Summary statistics for the entire month — total number of employees, hours worked, sick and vacation days

  • The overview can be filtered and sorted by teams or branches

🔐 Locking and approval

  • The attendance sheet can be locked so that no further changes can be made to it.

  • It can also be marked as approved – e.g. by the payroll department

  • The locked and approved sheet serves as the final basis for payments.

📤 Export and output support

  • Export to XLS/XLSX, PDF and formats for payroll systems (e.g. PAMICA, Premier)

  • Export can be customized to the needs of an accounting or payroll firm

💡 Tips

  • Lock attendance no later than the last working day of the month

  • For clearer outputs, use color-coded record types

  • Use exports for management reports and monitoring team utilization
