🔍 What is it?
A checklist template serves as a default structure for repeatedly used processes. It allows you to predefine tasks, their descriptions, solvers and deadlines. This allows you to quickly activate the checklist for a specific employee without having to create tasks manually each time.
🧭 Creating a template
A new template can be created by clicking the "+" button in the Checklists / Templates section
When creating a template, you set the name, checklist type (onboarding, offboarding, reboarding, etc.) and description (optional).
📋 Adding tasks to the template
Any number of tasks can be added to each template
Each task contains a name, description (optional), default solver, and default deadline (number of days from checklist activation)
🧪 Task editing upon activation
When assigning a checklist to an employee, it is possible to change the texts and names of tasks, reset the solver and move the deadlines.
These modifications only apply to a specific checklist instance and do not change the original template.
🔄 Template management
Templates can be edited, deleted or copied at will
It is possible to create different variants of checklists for different teams or scenarios
💡 Tips
It is recommended to create universal templates for onboarding, offboarding, and position changes
Use the option to pre-populate solvers by role - this will simplify the activation of checklists
Regularly revise templates according to changes in internal processes
