🔍 What is it?
The Checklists module is used to manage and track tasks associated with specific HR processes, such as onboarding, offboarding, or position changes. It allows you to assign tasks to specific people and track their completion over time.
🧭 How Checklists work
A checklist is a set of tasks that relate to a specific process.
It can be created from a template or customized individually
Activating the checklist will trigger specific tasks that will be displayed to designated solvers.
Tasks are visible in the app and users receive notifications about them
📥 Checklist activation
The checklist can be activated from the employee detail or from the checklist overview (the "+" button)
After activation, individual tasks are assigned to responsible persons
Each task can have a title and description, deadline and solver
The solver completes the task and marks it as completed.

Onboarding a new employee
Offboarding when an employee leaves
Transfer to a new position
Change of employment contract
Return of property, removal of access, training
📊 Fulfillment tracking
The checklist is displayed on the employee card.
You can monitor the status of individual tasks and overall progress (in percentage)
Ability to edit individual tasks even after activation (without impacting the template)
🔁 Multiple checklists at the same time
One employee can have multiple checklists active at the same time
For example, onboarding and at the same time a checklist for joining a specific team
Each checklist is managed separately
