🔍 What is it?

This section displays the company's organizational structure in two views - as a tree of employee relationships and as an overview of teams. It allows for quick orientation on who is on which team, who reports to whom, and who is the manager.

🌳 Organizational Structure (Org Chart)

  • Displays the company tree structure - individual management levels, superiors and subordinates

  • Clicking on the name will open the Employee Detail.

  • The Display can be customized according to permissions (team leader sees his team, HR sees the entire company)

  • Serves as a visual overview of "who's who" in the company

👥 Team structure

  • Overview of all teams in the organization

  • For each team, you can see the name, team leader, number of members and parent team.

  • Ability to open team details – list of members and Display within the structure

🧩 Employee placement

  • Each employee can be assigned to one team

  • His role is visible (HR manager, developer, team leader)

  • From the employee's details, it is always clear which team they belong to and who their superior is.

⚙️ Editing options (for administrators)

  • Adding, deleting, and editing teams

  • Settings team leaders

  • Changing the precedence of teams within the structure

  • Manually edit the superior if it does not match the tree logic

💡 Tips

  • A team leader can be responsible not only for the team, but also for approving requests or attendance

  • Users with the "Business Partner" role can have access to multiple teams without being a leader in them

  • The Company Structure is important for the proper functioning of access, approvals and reports
