🔍 What is it?

The Employees module is a central record of all employees in the company. It contains details of each employee, an overview list, company structure, benefits management, and tools for HR reporting.

🧭 What you will find in the module

  • Employee List — overview of all active employees with filtering and export

  • Employee Detail — personal data, job positions, documents, attendance and evaluation in one place

  • Company structure and teams — corporate hierarchy, team assignments and superiors

  • Benefits — records of benefits assigned to employees

  • Report for accountants — exports of payroll and personnel data for payroll processing

  • Directory — contact list of employees

  • Archive — records of terminated employment relationships

⚙️ Settings visibility for external consultants

In the Attendance Settings , you can determine whether external employees are displayed in attendance charts and sheets. If your company registers external employees in Speybl and you do not want to include them in attendance reports, set the option in Settings → Attendance → External employees .
