🔍 What is it?

The Deadline Tracking module is used to track important events and obligations of employees, such as medical examinations, Training, document renewal or visa expiration. Appointments are recorded centrally and the system itself notifies of upcoming events.

🧭 How it works

Each appointment has a name, optional description, type (e.g. "Medical checkup"), start of the appointment, period (e.g. every year), repeatability, and assignment to individuals, teams, or the entire company.

📤 Types of babysitting

  • One-time — for a specific date

  • Periodically — e.g. every 12 months from a certain date

At the same time, you can choose whether you want the employees' period to be unified on a certain day or for each person to have their own period.

🔔 Alerts and Notifications

  • The system automatically sends notifications to employees and HR managers

  • Notifications can be set as email, in-app notifications, or both

🧾 Records and overview

In the menu under the Deadline Tracking item, you can see a table of all employees and the status of each deadline — whether they have met it, not met it, or whether the deadline is approaching.

✅ Marking that the deadline has been met

The application automatically notifies you of upcoming deadlines. You can mark the completion by opening the details of the deadline, finding the line with the relevant employee and clicking on the completion.

🎓 Connection to training and Tests

Deadline Tracking can be linked to training and Tests. If you set the appropriate Training and test for a deadline, the application will send the employee a notification when it expires. If the employee completes the Training and test, the deadline is automatically marked as completed.

💡 Tips

  • Use for mandatory legal obligations (inspections, Training)

  • Set responsible persons — who should confirm the appointment

  • Use regular reminders for long-term employees (e.g. certification renewal)
