The Training and Dates module is used to manage employee training activities and track important dates. It allows you to plan Training, assign Tests , and automatically monitor key dates such as the end of a probationary period or the validity of a medical examination.

Training — records of educational activities, assignment to employees, tracking completion
Tests — creating knowledge tests linked to Training
Deadline tracking — automatic notification of upcoming deadlines (trial period, end of contract, inspections)
