Speybl allows you to generate transfer protocols for assets and benefits directly at the level of a specific employee. The function is available to administrators and allows for quick and bulk Document Generation.
📂 Where to find the feature
Handover protocols are generated directly from the employee details — Employee → Assets and Benefits. The Assets section is visible only to users with appropriate permissions.
🧾 Asset selection
In the list of registered assets, the administrator can select one item, multiple items at once, or any number of items depending on how many are assigned to the employee .
⚙️ Property work options
After selecting items, the administrator can mass-remove Assets from employees or generate documents from templates that relate to handover protocols.
📄 Document Generation from templates
By clicking the "Generate documents from template" button, the administrator:
Selects one of the prepared templates (including HTML templates)
Selects the type of handover protocol — bulk or for individual items
The generated document contains a table with details of the assigned assets. If the document is generated empty (without a table), check whether the employee actually has the assets assigned and whether the Assets template contains the corresponding keys.
