🎯 When to use individual assessment

Individual assessment is particularly suitable for: specific job roles (salespeople, specialists), non-standard goals or competencies, individual Development Plans, or situations where a general assessment template cannot be used.

Individual evaluation complements common evaluation templates (general, 360°, NPS, etc.) and expands the options for working with the evaluation of a specific employee.

➕ Creating an individual assessment

Individual evaluations are typically created directly on a specific employee's card.

Procedure:

  1. Open Employee Detail

  2. Go to the Evaluation and Development section

  3. In the Employee Ratings section, click the "+" button

The interface for creating a new evaluation will be displayed (step "Select an evaluation template"). If the employee has assigned evaluation templates, you can evaluate them according to one of them. There is also the option Create evaluation only for this employee , which will create an individual evaluation prepared only for the employee.

⚙️ Individual rating Settings

After selecting an individual assessment, a form will open where you can set: assessment name, number of thresholds, and assessment metrics. This allows you to define your own set of criteria exactly according to the needs of a specific role or situation.

🤖 AI help for creating metrics

When creating metrics, you can use integrated AI help: enter a short description or task and the application will use AI to suggest specific metrics tailored to the employee. The suggestions can be further edited, supplemented, or combined with your own metrics.

📝 Using individual assessment

The evaluation itself is carried out through the employee's evaluation history.

Procedure:

  1. In the Ratings and Development section, go to Ratings History

  2. Click the "+" button

  3. Select the rating you want to use

If an employee has multiple assessments assigned, you can choose which specific assessment you want to perform, or a combination of multiple assessments within a single assessment process.

Within one evaluation process, it is possible to work with one evaluation template, with multiple templates simultaneously, or with a combination of standard and individual evaluations. The number of evaluations used depends on how many evaluation templates and how many individual evaluations the employee has created or assigned.
