Create structured assessments, customize them to your company's needs, and track results in one place. Define metrics, set targets, and easily evaluate employees - whether in the form of a classic performance review, 360° feedback, or a quick NPS survey.

🛠️ Create a new rating (general, 360, NPS)

You can create a new rating in the Rating module:

  1. Go to the "Ratings" tab

  2. Click the "+" button to create a new rating

  3. The "Select a rating template" step will appear, where you will choose the rating type

  4. After selecting the type, you proceed to detailed Settings - name, thresholds, metrics, evaluators, frequencies, etc.

📏 Limit values

The threshold values ​​serve as targets for a given assessment:

  • Single value — the assessment is successful if the employee reaches or exceeds the given value

  • Two values ​​— the first value is the minimum target, the second is the optimal

Thresholds can be set at the overall rating level as well as individual metrics.

⚙️ Rating Settings

In the evaluation details you will find basic data (name, description), a graphical Display of the thresholds and the evaluation metrics. Each metric can be a numerical scale, an absolute value, a verbal rating or Yes/No. Each metric can have its own thresholds or weight in the overall evaluation.

With 360° assessments, it is possible to set who participates in the assessment and how the results should be aggregated.

🔒 Permissions when Display rating details

The visibility of the rating detail and the ability to edit it are controlled by the user role permissions. If a user only has Display permission (no editing), some elements in the detail are read-only and cannot be changed. Permissions for specific actions are set by the administrator in the Settings → Users and Roles section.

👥 Assigning employees to assessments

Using the "+" button, you can add employees to whom you want to assign the rating — one specific one or more at once (the entire team or department).

✅ Filling out the assessment

You complete the evaluation for all assigned employees in one place: fill in the metrics, enter the date, add comments and save. With 360° evaluations, the results are aggregated from multiple evaluators into one summary output.

  • Classic performance appraisal — periodic monitoring of performance, competencies and development

  • 360° Feedback — assessment from multiple angles; results are aggregated into a single report

  • Quick surveys — short questionnaires on a specific topic (satisfaction, pulse-check)
