🔍 What is it?

The Online Portal is a publicly accessible page that displays the company's current open positions. Candidates can view the positions and easily respond to them by sending a resume, which will be automatically transferred to the relevant recruitment in the Speybl system.

🧭 How the portal works

  • Every active recruitment can be published on the online portal

  • The portal displays the position title, location/branch, basic description, and a button to submit an application

📤 Candidate's CV submission

  • The candidate clicks the "Send CV" button for a specific position

  • Fill out a short form (name, email, phone) and attach your CV

  • After submission, a new candidate record will be automatically created in the given recruitment and included in the first phase of the selection process.

🔗 Portal address

  • Each client has its own unique portal URL, which you will see in Settings

  • The address can be integrated into the company website or shared separately

🔐 Data protection

  • Candidate applications are processed in accordance with GDPR

  • CVs and personal data are stored in the Speybl system

  • The Forms may include a checkbox for consent to the processing of personal data.

⚙️ Settings options

  • The client can define which positions will be public and which will remain internal

  • Ad texts, logo, basic colors and contact information can be customized

  • The portal needs to be activated in Settings

  • We recommend sharing the link to the portal in your company footer, on LinkedIn or your career page.

  • Use job posting templates to quickly post new positions

  • Continuously clean up recruitments – hide closed positions from the portal to keep the overview always up-to-date
