🔍 What is it?
The Recruitment module is used to record, manage, and evaluate recruitment processes in a company. It allows you to easily track open positions, manage candidates, use templates, AI assessments, and integrate an online recruitment portal.
🧭 Main recruitment functions
Overview of all active tenders
Archive of completed recruitments
Records of potential candidates outside of a specific position
Creating new recruitments and defining their parameters
Assigning hiring managers
📋 Working with candidates
Candidates move within Kanban columns representing individual stages of the selection process
The client sets the phases themselves – e.g. New, Preselection, 1st round, 2nd round, Offer
Candidates can be manually created, imported, or automatically loaded from the online portal
If you forward an email with your CV to a collection email for Speybl ATS, the candidate is automatically created
Structured assessments can be added to candidates based on templates with metrics
Candidate evaluation
You can create structured assessments for each candidate based on pre-prepared templates. This allows you to unify the way evaluators assess candidates, store results directly in the candidate details, and easily compare candidates with each other.
Template and metric Settings are based on the Assessment module — in recruitment, these templates are used in the context of specific candidates.
🧠 AI in recruitment
AI helps with generating evaluation metrics, comparing candidates based on CVs and defined metrics, and evaluating candidate suitability
🗃️ Recruitment Archive
Completed recruitments are moved to the archive for review and evaluation.
Candidates from archived recruitments can be assigned to new positions or moved to a pool
👥 Candidate pool
Database of potential employees outside of a specific recruitment
Candidates from the pool can be manually assigned to the selection process
