A Recruitment Detail represents a specific selection procedure - e.g. for the position of "Marketing Specialist". It contains all information about the given recruitment event, list of applicants, stages of the selection process, comments, advertisements and candidate evaluations.

📋 Working with candidates
Each candidate has their own card with their name, contacts, CV and status in the selection process (Kanban phase)

📊 Evaluation metrics and candidate ratings
For each recruitment, you can define or select evaluation metrics by which candidates are assessed. Metrics can be defined manually or generated using AI. Each metric has a set weight and type (number, range, text, yes/no). Candidates are compared based on the metrics - an automatic suitability score for the given position is created.

📢 Advertisements and postings
Multiple advertisements with title, text and link to an external portal can be added to each recruitment
The recruitment details include information about where and when the advertisement was published.

Comments can be posted by hiring managers or administrators.
Comments can be replied to – a simple discussion is created
Comments are used to record insights from interviews or internal team communication
✅ Recruitment closing
Once the position is filled, the recruitment can be closed and moved to the archive.
Candidates from the recruitment process can be transferred to the employee list and an Onboarding Questionnaire can be sent to them
