🔍 What is it?

The Tests module is used to check employees' knowledge after completing Training or other educational material. For each test, you can set the minimum success rate, number of attempts, how the results are Display , and link them to training or a deadline.

🧭 Creating a test

The test includes a title and description, questions (multiple choice or open text answer), success Settings (e.g. min. 80% correct answers), optional repetition, and visibility.

🔗 Link to training

  • The test can be linked to specific training

  • After Display the Training content, the test is automatically offered to the employee

  • The test result determines whether the Training is considered completed.

📊 Test evaluation

  • The system automatically evaluates answers to closed questions

  • Manual grading is possible for open-ended responses

  • After the evaluation, the employee sees the result and the HR manager sees the score, attempts, date and time of completion

🚨 What happens if you fail?

  • The employee can try again (according to the attempt Settings )

  • Training remains unfulfilled

  • Option to Settings alerts or reminders

🧠 AI assistance in test creation

  • AI can be used to generate question suggestions based on the Training text

  • Speeds up the creation of repetitive tests (onboarding, OHS)

💡 Tips

  • Set the number of attempts and success rate according to the severity of the topic

  • Use the Tests outside of Training – e.g. as separate knowledge quizzes

  • Keep a history of results for audit or internal review
