🔍 What is it?
The Training module allows you to plan, manage and assign Training to employees. Each Training can have defined content (e.g. document, link or description), date, target group and optionally a follow-up test. Suitable for OSH, onboarding or product Training.
🧭 How to create a Training
Each Training includes a title and description, content type (document, URL link, or text block), visibility (for specific teams, branches, or the entire company), and optional test connection.
📆 Assign Training to a date
Training is usually tied to a specific date - e.g. "OHS Training by 31 March."
The term can be one-time or recurring.
After assignment, the employee receives a notification and the Training appears as a task.
✅ Confirmation of graduation
After opening the Training, the employee has the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the content, optionally take a follow-up test and click on the "I confirm completion of the Training" button.
The confirmation is saved in the system including the date and time.
👁️ Status tracking
The administrator or HR manager can see an overview: who completed the Training and when, who has not yet completed it, and test success rate (if applicable)
