Employee detail
Employee detail has a wide range of options for further settings and modifications of individual employees. For a more detailed explanation of the functions and settings, we will explain the individual detail tabs and introduce their use.
Individual tabs on the employee detail
In the employee detail we can find the tabs:
- Overview - Right at the beginning of the employee overview, you can see the employee's time spent in the company and how many vacation days are left. This is followed by sections for setting personal information and important data. Using the button with the pencil icon, you can easily edit these employee details. With the settings button (button with the three dots icon) you can perform various operations on the employee. In the next section, you can record any personal note about the employee. In the "Skills" section you can record the Hard skills (education, certifications, etc.) and Soft skills (personality traits and strengths) of the employee. You can then filter your employees by these skills using the filter found on the "Employees" tab in the "Overview" section.
In the "Overview" tab on the employee detail you will also find a section for entering the address, contact persons, managing user access, notifications for the employee and at the end of the tab you will find a history of all change requests that the employee has submitted.
- Position and Structure - In this tab you can change the position of the employee and see their placement in the company structure.
- Salaries and Bonuses - In this section you can use the "+" buttons to add salaries and any bonuses to be paid. In addition, you can record other important information for each payroll created (costs, insurance contributions, etc.) that may be useful for your payroll accountant, for example.
When creating a payroll, you have the possibility to fill in a large number of fields. The most important ones are marked with a red asterisk. However, we recommend that you also fill in the other optional fields here. For example, hourly and monthly employee costs can be useful for later analysis or passing information to your accountant.
- Files and Payroll - This tab allows you to easily upload payroll files. Simply drag and drop the desired file into the designated window, or if you have a built-in camera on your device, you can simply take a picture of the pay stub and upload it to the app.
In addition to pay slips, you can also upload other documents that you want to record for an employee in this section of the app.
- Assets and Benefits - In this section, you can use the "+" buttons to assign assets and other benefits to the employee.
- Evaluation and Development - Here you can assign the employee the required evaluation, rate them or assign them to one of the development plans.
- Analysis - In this section you can find various graphs and analysis.
- Notes - Here you can keep any notes on the employee.
- Attendance - Here you can assign an employee to one of the attendance rules you have created and then you can modify this rule, according to your preferences, to fit the exact employee. You will also find a chart of the employee's attendance and the ability to upload a specific type of attendance (e.g. vacation) manually. At the end of the tab, you can set the approval of attendance for each employee, so you can manually set who can approve the attendance of a given employee.
- Settings - In this section, you can set the employee to address in the application, change the main branch of operation, change the role (define permissions), set single sign-on, change the password, change the language of the application, and turn the help mode on or off.
