Creation and specification of the evaluation

To create a new evaluation, go to the "Evaluation" tab. Use the "+" button to create a new evaluation. At the beginning, enter its name and the number of thresholds. You can choose from one or two thresholds.

Specification of threshold values

In practice, the cut-off values are considered to be the definition of the objectives for the evaluation. These thresholds reflect the values that must be achieved for the evaluation to be considered successfully completed. Thresholds can therefore be thought of as one or two limits. If only one threshold is set, this means that the evaluation must reach or exceed this threshold to be judged successful. If two thresholds are set, the first value represents the minimum target that must be achieved, while the second value represents the optimal target. This means that if the evaluation reaches the first value it is already considered to have been met, but only if it reaches the second value can it be considered to have been perfectly met.

Setting the evaluation

You can then adjust and adapt the evaluation thus created to your requirements. Go to the settings by clicking on the eye icon next to the evaluation you want to specify.

Options for setting up an evaluation

Within the settings of the assessment you have at your disposal:

  • Basic evaluation details - you can edit by clicking on the pencil icon.

  • Illustration of thresholds on the axis - you can see the thresholds you have selected on this axis.

  • Metrics - you can adjust the settings for each of the evaluation metrics you are tracking within the evaluation. Metrics can take different forms. It can be a school-like rating called 1 - 5, but it can also be an absolute number, a verbal rating, or a selection of Yes / No options. Each metric can also have up to two thresholds.

  • Assigning a rating to one or more employees - you can assign an employee to the selected rating using the "+" button and then select the employee you want to assign the evaluation to from the list of already created employees.

  • Employee rating - here you can quickly, clearly and most importantly, in one place, rate all employees who have been assigned the rating. To make it more efficient, you can select multiple employees at the same time and rate them with the metrics you created. At the end of the evaluation, select the date of the evaluation and save the evaluation process.
