Use of the data update request
The data update request is used to quickly and easily obtain the required data on a selected employee or freelancer who has already established active access to Speybl. With one click you can select which data you want to request from the employee.
How the process of requesting and sending data updates to employees or freelancers works
You can send an update request to an employee or freelancer who already has active access to the application. You can send the request on his details. On the employee's detail, just click on the employee's settings button in the "Overview" section (the button marked with three dots) and select "Request data update".
Where the employee's request for data update will be displayed
The first place an employee will receive a request to update their data is their email inbox. The employee will receive an email requesting that their details be updated to their email address. After clicking on the link found in the email, he will be redirected to the Speybl application and after logging into his user account, he is presented with a notification prompting him to update the requested data.
The employee will also always find a notification of the new request to update his details in the application after logging into his user account. This ensures that he/she is aware of the request even if he/she does not regularly check his/her email inbox.
What happens after you update the requested data
Once an employee updates their details and enters a change instruction, a request to approve the changes is automatically sent to your Speybl user account. You can find the change request in the approval requests on your dashboard. You can then view the request and choose whether to approve or deny the data change.
Approval of the request
Once the request has been approved, the employee's amended details will be automatically updated. The change in details will be reflected on the employee's details.
