Unlock the app for support
This feature allows you to unlock access to your user account for support purposes. After the demo mode ends, support access to the account is always enabled automatically for the next 14 days. You can restrict this option here at any time. When support access is granted, support access is enabled for 7 days. Once the problem has been resolved, you can disable it again in the account settings. The exception is the Demo mode of the application, in which support has access to the account permanently.
