As part of the latest update to Speybl, we've added several new features to make managing your HR even easier and more efficient. Here's an overview of these new features:

 

Modernize the visual appearance of the structure chart 

Enhancements to the Team Detail and Employee Detail allow for a clearer and more modern visual representation of the hierarchy and structure of your workforce.

The team detail now shows the team leader visible at the top of the hierarchy, with their subordinates displayed below them. In this way, the organizational chain is more easily identified and the hierarchy within the team is clear.

The team view contains a list of team members and, if necessary, subordinate employees. This extension makes it possible to clearly see employees above, employees at the same level and employees below in the organizational structure.

 

Extension of personal data entry options

The feature has been updated to improve user-friendliness and make it easier to manage employee personal data.

As part of the extension, a field for "Gender" has been added to the "Personal Data" section.

In addition, modifications were made to the layout of the edit form. The data has been rearranged into categories, which are now clearly separated by appropriate headings. This ensures clarity and ease of navigation when editing specific data.

The data display widget has also been improved. For each category, a brief text is displayed which is compiled from the relevant data. If the user clicks on the "Show more" option, a complete table with all the data for that category is displayed. This new display format provides better clarity and facilitates quick access to the information needed.

Finally, permissions have been checked to ensure that only authorised staff have access to edit and view specific data.

 

Import of pay slips

The new functionality of importing payslips into our system brings you even more convenience and efficiency when managing employee payments. The new simple import process allows you to eliminate manual data entry and get accurate payroll information right in one central location.

This functionality eliminates the need to manually enter all the necessary employee, amount and period data into the system, which is tedious and error-prone. Now you simply import pay slips in a standardised format and all the necessary information is automatically loaded into the system.

This simple and automated import process saves a lot of time and reduces the risk of human error. There is no longer a need to manually enter data over and over again, because with the new feature, all the necessary information such as employee names, salary amounts, periods and other relevant data will be available clearly in one place. 

 

In addition to adding new features, we have made the following improvements for you: 

 

  • For the rating function, the average and last entered value are now combined into one clear graph. Previously, you could only view this information separately, which could be confusing. Now, however, you can quickly and efficiently compare the average value and the last value in a single graph.
     
  • The process of synchronizing data from demo mode to the full version of the app has been simplified. When the full version is activated, the application will transfer the necessary data already entered from the demo mode. 
     
  • A modification has been made during the job creation process. Now entering branch information is optional during this process. 
     
  • Payroll can now be clearly displayed as an image. 


As part of the update, improvements have also been made to security, application responsiveness, and minor bugs and bug fixes have been made.
