As part of the latest update to Speybl, we've added several new features to make managing your HR even easier and more efficient. Here's an overview of these new features:

New role - Team leader

The new "Team Leader" role allows users to view basic employee information, attendance and also actively participate in employee reviews. This role provides the ability to access key information and allows team leaders to perform employee evaluations. To better organize and manage the team, a new role "Team Leader (Appraisal)" has also been created and will have the appropriate permissions for these functions.

Tab view for better personalization of the application

We have added a new tab "Views" to the settings tab. This tab brings improved personalization to the user experience for displaying employee and asset information. Users will be able to customize the view to their preferences and get quick and clear access to important data.

Users will be able to personalize what data from the employee and asset tables they want to view. They will be able to choose which columns and information will be displayed in these tables and thus customize the display to their needs.

They can also customize the data displayed on the employee detail. Users have the ability to customize the display of sections in each tab of the employee detail and choose which information and sections will be displayed. This will allow them to navigate the employee detail more easily and find the information they need more quickly.

Another place where the display of individual information and data can be newly customized is the company dashboard. Users can customize the content of the tabs and the display according to their needs. It is therefore possible to easily create a clear and personalized view of important events, internal documents and other information.

Last but not least, it is also possible to customize the individual items of the smart quick access ribbon.

Event alerts

The feature provides HR managers with the ability to activate event alerts for the current week to get a better overview of important events in their work environment. This feature is used to plan and manage HR matters more efficiently.

How does it work? In Tenant's settings, which are accessible to HR managers, they can simply insert new event notifications and specify that they want to receive notifications for the current week. These notifications will then arrive on Monday morning to give them ample time to prepare and respond to upcoming events.

These notifications provide managers with important information about scheduled events such as meetings, training sessions, employee review dates, or other key company events. This allows them to better organize their work, plan tasks and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Adjusting the termination of the work process

This major modification makes it easier to manage employee terminations in the application.

Now, when the option to terminate is selected for a specific employee, a red notification window appears on their profile. This window contains information that the employee will be terminated on a specific date.

Clicking on the 'View more information' button will open a window that contains pre-populated information regarding the termination of the employment relationship. The window also contains a "Cancel" button that allows you to cancel the termination process.

In addition to adding new features, we have made the following improvements:

  • A new, more modern settings tab icon has been added to the menu.

  • Minor responsiveness improvements have been made to some sections of the application, including adjusting the font size.

  • We have made a number of adjustments to improve the clarity of the "Ratings" tab. Among the modifications was clearer scrolling when scrolling through individual ratings; rolled rating items are no longer subject to rating, they need to be expanded first. Additionally, the date the rating was added has been added.

  •  The style of payroll has been modified for clarity. Now the current year is shown as "expanded" and previous years are "rolled up" for greater intuitiveness.

As part of the update, improvements have also been made to security, application responsiveness, and minor bugs and bug fixes.
