As part of the latest update to Speybl, we've added several new features to make managing your HR even easier and more efficient. Here's an overview of these new features:

 

Daily view in the attendance planning chart

Please be advised that a new feature has been added to the Attendance Planning Chart - Daily View. This feature is now available directly on the Attendance Chart tab and gives users the ability to explore attendance for a specific day in more detail.

The Daily View allows you to see the progression of attendance throughout the day in real time. You can view the attendance for a selected day at a glance and explore how attendance has evolved from hour to hour. This detailed view will help you better understand how employees sign in, sign out and how attendance progresses during the workday.

There is also a filtering option on the daily view, so you can filter attendance in desired time ranges or filter based on the type of attendance you want. 

 

The view tab in the settings

As part of the improved personalisation of the data display, we have added a new tab to the settings tab - 'views'.

This tab allows you to customize the display of tabs on different parts of the app according to your preferences.

On the employee detail, employee table, asset table or on your personal dashboard, you can now choose which cards you want to have displayed. With this new functionality, you can customize the application environment to best suit you and to quickly and efficiently access the information you need.


In addition to adding new features, we have made the following improvements: 

 

  • A pop-up window has been added to the employee deletion process, asking if it is indeed required to delete the employee. The pop-up serves as a notification that if the selected employee is deleted, access to the application will be automatically removed and all of their user data will be deleted. The window also reminds the user that instead of deleting the employee immediately, they can use the archive option.
     
  • Modifications have been made to the KPI rating process. Modifications have been made to the KPI rating process for both individual employees and for their collective rating. 
     
  • The responsiveness of all tables in the application has been improved. Now all tables are fully responsive and their display always adapts correctly to the device. Therefore, there is no longer a need to scroll horizontally on the table. 
     
  • The ability to easily switch to creating onboarding and development plans directly from the user dashboard has been added. 


As part of the update, improvements have also been made to security, application responsiveness, and minor bugs and bug fixes have been made.
