As part of the latest update to Speybl, we've added several new features to make managing your HR even easier and more efficient. Here's an overview of these new features:
The ability to set the default language of the app
You can now set the default language for the app.
The default language is initially set according to the administrator's preference when you register for the app, to ensure that our app is displayed in your desired language from the start. However, we are aware that your preferences may change over time, so we have added the ability to change the language at will in the app settings.
If you wish to change the default language, simply open the app settings and select the "Default Language" tab. Here you will find a list of available languages that you can select as your new default language. After you select the language you want and save your changes, the app will automatically switch to the language you selected and all information, notifications and content will be displayed just the way you want it.
The ability to change currency
Along with changing the language, we've also added the ability for users to change the default currency in the settings. In addition to selecting the currency, you can also specify your preferred thousands separator and change the number of decimal places if relevant to you. With this feature, you can customize the display of financial amounts according to your preferences and habits.
It is also possible to set the separator for decimals, so you can choose between a period, comma or other character that is most comfortable for you. This allows you to work with financial data in the format you want and makes it easier to read and understand.
In addition to adding new features, we have made the following improvements:
- In the employee evaluation process, it is now not mandatory to complete all fields of the evaluation, but only the required fields can be completed. Unnecessary mandatory fields have been removed to make the evaluation process faster and more convenient. You can focus on the key aspects of the evaluation that are relevant to you and complete them with accuracy and care. It also allows you to use your time more efficiently when conducting employee evaluations.
- Employees can now see other employees across the company. However, as part of their privacy policy, they cannot view their detail with private information. The view can be changed in the application settings and it is possible to set the visibility of only the company structure or individual employees.
As part of the update, improvements have also been made to security, application responsiveness and minor bugs and bug fixes have been made.
