As part of the latest update to Speybl, we've added several new features to make managing your HR even easier and more efficient. Here's an overview of these new features:

 

Integration with Microsoft OneDrive

Integration with Microsoft OneDrive has been added, allowing easy and quick access to all user documents and files. You now have the ability to link your Company Cloud account to your OneDrive account and easily share, save and sync files with other team members. 

You can integrate with MS OneDrive in the app under the Settings --> Integration tab. Here, click on the MS OneDrive tile to link it to your OneDrive account. Once the integration is successfully set up, your files will be automatically synced to an already created folder called our app, which will be automatically added to your cloud storage directory. 

 

API integration

Our app now offers even more flexibility through integration with the REST API. With this feature, you can easily integrate our app with other systems and perform automated interactions and data transfer. In addition to adding new features, we have made the following enhancements: 

 

  • For the process of assigning a position to an employee (Employee Detail --> Position and Structure), it is now possible to set the branch to which the employee is assigned. If the employee does not have a main branch set up in their account settings, the specified branch is automatically added to their account.
     
  • We want to make it easier for you to generate your documents, so we've improved the "Templates - Document Generation" feature, which can be found in the Settings --> Documents tab, there is now a "How to Generate a Document" tile on the detail of the selected template, where you can find a glossary of keys that you can use in the documents you generate to make your job a lot easier. The glossary also describes the format in which the keys need to be entered into the document. By adding the selected key, the application generates the required data in its place (e.g. the full name of the employee, etc.).


As part of the update, improvements have also been made to security, application responsiveness, and minor bugs and bug fixes.
