As part of the latest update to Speybl, we've added several new features to make managing your HR agenda even easier and more efficient. Here's an overview of these new features:

 

Change the type of rating chart 

The rating chart, which can be found in the Analysis section of → Ratings, has been modified to improve its clarity and visual clarity. The main graph at the top of the section is now a line graph. This type of chart has replaced the previous bar chart to improve clarity and visualisation. Now, if only one rating is selected, the thresholds for that rating can also be seen in the graph. 

 

Ability to compare costs with the selected rating

In the Analysis section of → Costs, it is now possible to compare the cost graph with the rating. Simply select the "compare with rating" option in the filter at the bottom and select the desired rating. Then a second axis will appear in the cost graph and the comparison of these values will be obvious. 

 

Giriton integration

In the option of integrations with third-party applications, we have added the ability to connect to the Giriton platform. With this integration, you can link your user account in our app to your account on the Giriton platform and get quick access to your contracts and other important company documents that you have stored on this platform. 

 

In addition to adding new features, we've made these improvements for you: 

  • Making it easier to work with your company structure
    When you change a supervisor, you now have the ability to determine how to deal with their subordinates if they have subordinates assigned to them. Also, a change has been made to prevent removing or archiving team managers or employees with subordinates in the corporate structure. The first thing to do is to have a setup for what happens to his subordinates.  

 

  • Visual adjustments on the login page
    Minor visual improvements have been made to the login page, the page used for password recovery and the registration page. These improvements have been made to increase user-friendliness and make the operations clearer for the user.  

 

As part of the update, improvements have also been made to the security and responsiveness of the application and minor bugs and errors have been fixed.
