As part of the latest update to Speybl, we've added several new features to make managing your HR agenda even easier and more efficient. Here's an overview of these new features:
Adding a new form of internal communication via forms
A new feature has been added - communication via forms. The feature was developed to improve internal communication and allows you to efficiently create, manage and use forms within your company. With this feature, you will be able to collect and process key data without unnecessary effort. The feature offers a wide range of customization options. For example, you can use the anonymous mode, which, by guaranteeing the anonymity of the respondent, guarantees objective answers, whether it is a rating or feedback, and many other functionalities.
Adding the option of recording shifts in the attendance application
Based on feedback from our users, we have decided to add a shift logging feature. The option to record shifts can now be found in the Attendance menu item → Shifts. In order to maintain user-friendliness, we have kept the visual and functional aspects of this feature the same as you are familiar with from the attendance recording feature. You will therefore also find, as with the attendance register, a shift chart and shift history. You will also find the option to switch the long-term attendance graph to a daily view, which will give you a more detailed view of shift planning.
Splitting the corporate structure into the company structure and the structure of individual teams
The corporate structure is now separated from the structure of the individual teams that operate in the company. On the detail of a given employee, competent persons with authorization (HR manager, director, etc.) can assign or change the employee to his or her supervisor.
The corporate employee structure view now offers a clear graphical view of the hierarchy in the company. In the settings, you can choose to display the tree structure and employee positions on profiles. Customize the visibility of teams and set employee permissions to see other co-workers. This structure is designed to facilitate communication and collaboration between colleagues with a clear view of supervisors and co-workers.
In the corporate team structure, you get a clear tree of teams and departments. You can see the separate teams as well as the teams that are superior to them. For a team, you can see their team leaders and after clicking on the selected team, you get a preview of the list of individual team members. Teams can be easily created in this view by clicking the '+' button, immediately integrating them into the company structure and thus getting the current status of the operating teams.
To set the option to unlock an application for support
A feature has been added to allow you to unlock access to your user account in the app for support purposes. The exception to this is when the company is using the demo mode of the application. In this case, support always has access to the company's user account.
Once the demo mode is terminated, support access to the user account is still enabled by default for the following 14 days. However, the company administrator has the option to restrict this access at any time in the settings.
If the administrator grants support access in the Settings section → Security, this access is automatically set to 7 days. If the requested issue is resolved earlier and support access is no longer required, the administrator has the option to disable access again in the company account settings.
In addition to adding new features, we have made the following enhancements:
- Improved clarity of loading documents for signature
Pagination has now been added to the dashboard under the "Documents to Sign" tab. The improvement was made based on the lack of clarity of this tab when there were a large number of documents waiting to be signed at the same time. Now, if the number of documents awaiting signature is greater than 10, the additional documents are automatically sorted on the next page.
- Enhancements to the old file synchronization process as part of the MS Onedrive integration
The process of synchronizing old files to MS Onedrive has been improved. Synchronization is now faster and more efficient. In addition, the user settings for the sync button itself have been improved. It is now no longer possible to reactivate the button if the synchronization is already active.
- Inserting icons for individual integrations
Icons have been uploaded to the Settings section → Integrations for each integration option. This graphical enhancement was made to improve the user experience when browsing through the individual integration options. It is now more obvious at a glance what platform is involved.
As part of the update, improvements have also been made to security, application responsiveness and minor bugs and bug fixes have been made.
