As part of the latest update to Speybl, we've added several new features to make managing your HR agenda even easier and more efficient. Here's an overview of these new features:
Adding Kiosk Mode to the app
A standalone Speybl app mode that serves as a tool for recording employee time and attendance. It was intentionally created as a standalone, user-friendly interface that makes recording employee arrivals and departures simple and fast. The mode is designed to run permanently on a selected device near the entrance to the employees' workplace. It interfaces with the Speybl app, allowing competent employees to monitor employee attendance in real time, providing them with a real-time overview of individual arrivals and departures at the workplace.
Data can be imported into the application
The new data import feature gives you an easy way to import data into the application in bulk. In order to save time when transferring data from existing files and systems, we have developed an automated function for bulk data import into our application. Quickly transfer data containing your employee or attendance data with just a few clicks. Preset templates for frequently used attendance systems are available. However, the feature allows you to create your own templates or upload a file to the app once without using a template.
In addition to adding new features, we have made the following improvements:
- Adjusting the default language setting of the application
A new notification that changing the default language of the app will affect all users. Confirmation is required that the administrator actually wants to take this action. For clarity, an explanation has been added for users on what happens if they decide to change the default language of the application.
As part of the update, improvements have also been made to security, application responsiveness, and minor bugs and bug fixes have been made.
