As part of the latest Speybl update, we've added several new features to make your HR management even easier and more efficient. Here's an overview of these new features:
Google Login option
The Google account login feature, is a new feature that was designed to make it easier for users to access our app. So you now have the option to log into the Speybl app using your existing Google account details, which greatly simplifies the login process, especially for those who prefer to use their existing social accounts to log into other online platforms they use.
Simplified version of Kiosk
The new simplified Kiosk mode is designed to make the employee check-in process at the entry device as quick as possible. In the simplified mode, you have the option to specify the length of the personal codes that employees will use to log in, with a minimum length of six characters for security reasons. You also select the attendance types you want to display within the mode, with the selection synchronized with the attendance types available in your Speybl user account. You can use not only preset but also custom attendance types.
In addition to adding new features, we have made the following improvements:
- Adding the possibility to record the variable component of the salary
This enhancement allows users to record and manage the variable pay component, which is key to transparent and fair remuneration of employees.
