As part of the latest Speybl update, we've added several new features to make your HR management even easier and more efficient. Here's an overview of these new features:

 

Team setup on employee detail

This new functionality allows managers and HR professionals to easily assign employees to teams directly on the main tab of the employee's profile. This makes it even easier to organize teams in the company and provide a clear overview of the position and structure of the team to which the employee currently belongs.

 

Adding new roles to the application

The application has been extended with two new roles that allow you to better manage and administer assets and teams in your organisation. 

These roles are:

Asset Manager
This role, based on the employee, enables the management of assets and related categories needed for effective asset management. In addition, the asset manager has the ability to assign assets to individual employees and generate contracts.

Team leader
The Team Leader role is limited in its ability to create, modify or remove onboarding, evaluations, benefits and development plans. In addition, the Team Leader does not have permission to view bonuses, paychecks, personal data, and payroll information on the employee detail. 


In addition to adding new features, we have made the following enhancements: 

 

  • ​​​​​​​Export of assets
    It is now possible to export the recorded assets to a file with a single click, which can then be further used outside the application environment.  

 

  • Modification of the Forms function
    The process of creating forms has been slightly modified to make the use of this feature more user-friendly. As part of this modification, the clarity of working with questions in the forms creation process has been improved. 
    It is also possible to react to the answers on the respective form or to set e.g. a survey as already processed. 
    A new indicator has also been added in the list of forms in the form of a dot, which indicates forms that have not yet been processed if the option to mark forms and surveys as already processed is selected. 
    An accurate time is now displayed for the completion of the questionnaire. 

 

As part of the update, improvements have also been made to security, application responsiveness, and minor bugs and bug fixes have been made.
